What if I don't receive my delivery?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or log in to your Newvast.com.com account to check the status of your order. If the product is showing as delivered, be sure our delivery provider didn't leave the product in a hidden location. If you are still unable to find your order, Please contact us for help. Please have your order information ready for faster service. If our delivery provider was unable to deliver your order, the tracking link will show Returned Back to Sender. The product will be returned to the delivery center and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours.
