I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Newvast.com you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be undamaged, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
1. Go to the website and click on [ Your Account ] in the upfor right hand corner.
2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
3. Click on My Account and click on [ My messages ] and write to us about the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Our Customer Loyalty Team is available 24 hours a day and will respond to your message for all details about the return as quickly as possible.
Make sure the item(s) is in its original packaging, For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 15-30 Business Days for us to get your package at the delivery center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
